Crews have been dealing with a fire in the laundry room of Luton Town Football Club. Social media pictures showed black smoke billowing from inside the Kenilworth Road stadium. The Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service was called at 20:08 BST and the fire was extinguished in less than two hours. Crews remained on the scene and a full road closure was in place on Hatters Way. The Hatters are set to host Coventry City on Saturday in an important match. Luton moved to Kenilworth Road in 1905 and it currently has about 12,000 seats.
