The 2025 Formula 1 season continues with the Chinese Grand Prix at the Shanghai International Circuit from 21-23 March. The sprint format, introduced in 2024, remains unchanged. Qualifying for the 100km sprint race takes place on Friday after a single practice session. The sprint race is held on Saturday morning, followed by qualifying for the main Grand Prix. Points are awarded to the top eight finishers in the sprint race.
