The trio of Lauren Bell, Rhian Edmunds, and Rhianna Parris-Smith clocked an impressive 46.929 seconds, marking their third consecutive silver in this event. This victory also marked Great Britain's first medal of the championships.
Dutch Dominance in Women's Sprint
The Netherlands once again proved their dominance in the women's team sprint, clinching the gold medal with a time of 46.322 seconds. Meanwhile, the British men's sprint team, comprising Harry Ledingham-Horn, Hayden Norris, and Harry Radford, secured a bronze medal with a time of 43.152 seconds, narrowly edging out the Czech team.
