Six Nations Showdown: Ireland's Mack Hansen Sidelined for Scotland Clash
Ireland's Mack Hansen will miss the Six Nations game against Scotland due to a hamstring injury, with Calvin Nash stepping in as his replacement.

Injury Update
Ireland's wing Mack Hansen is set to miss the upcoming Six Nations game against Scotland this Sunday at Murrayfield due to a hamstring injury. The Connacht back missed training on Saturday, and will be replaced on the right wing by Munster's Calvin Nash.
Background
Hansen faced injury concerns earlier this week after sustaining a knee injury in the win over England, but was later passed fit. The Australia-born 26-year-old also missed last year's Six Nations due to a shoulder problem. Ireland will be hopeful that Hansen regains fitness in time for their next match against Wales on February 22.
Team Adjustments
Ireland interim boss Simon Easterby is already dealing with the absence of prop Tadhg Furlong and lock Joe McCarthy for Sunday's game. Calvin Nash, 27, who started all five of last year's championship games and scored tries against France and Italy, will take Hansen's place. Nash made his Ireland debut in a 2023 World Cup warm-up game against Italy and started for the first time in last year's Six Nations win over France in Marseille.
Ireland Team Lineup
Ireland: Keenan; Nash, Henshaw, Aki, Lowe; Prendergast, Gibson-Park; Porter, Kelleher, Bealham; Ryan, Beirne; O'Mahony, Van der Flier, Doris (capt). Replacements: Sheehan, Healy, Clarkson, Baird, Conan, Murray, Crowley, Ringrose.
