Fulham Breaks Transfer Record with £34.6m Signing of Brazilian Star Kevin from Shakhtar
Fulham secures Brazilian winger Kevin in a record-breaking £34.6m deal, aiming to bolster their squad for the Premier League season.

Fulham has made headlines in the football world by securing the services of Brazilian winger Kevin from Shakhtar Donetsk in a club-record £34.6m deal. The 22-year-old has signed a five-year contract with the option for an additional year, signaling Fulham's ambition to strengthen their squad for the upcoming Premier League season.
Kevin, who has represented Brazil at the Under-20 level, expressed his excitement about joining Fulham: "I am happy to be in the biggest league in the world, at a huge club, too. I'm very flattered for everything that's happening in my life, and I hope to score a lot of goals this season and do great work here in Fulham."
In addition to Kevin, Fulham also announced the loan signing of Samuel Chukwueze from AC Milan. The 26-year-old Nigerian international, who has scored eight goals in 70 appearances for Milan, is expected to bring experience and versatility to the team. Chukwueze shared his enthusiasm: "I'm so happy to be here, it's an amazing club. It feels like home, because I have my people around me. I feel at home already, and I can't wait to get started."
However, Fulham's transfer activities weren't without setbacks. The club had agreed on a £22m move for Chelsea forward Tyrique George, but the deal collapsed in the final hours of the transfer window. George was considered a contingency plan in case Leeds United made an offer for Harry Wilson that Fulham couldn't refuse. Ultimately, Fulham decided to retain the Welsh international.
These strategic moves highlight Fulham's commitment to building a competitive team for the Premier League, with Kevin and Chukwueze expected to play pivotal roles in the club's campaign.
