Maresca's Concerns over Djurgarden's Artificial Pitch Ahead of Conference League Semi-Final
Chelsea manager Maresca is worried about playing on Djurgarden's artificial pitch in the semi-final.

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has openly expressed his concerns regarding the artificial surface that his team will encounter when they face Djurgarden on Thursday evening in the semi-final of the Conference League. The pitch, which has received much criticism and even been described as 'horrible' by Djurgarden's own manager, has raised doubts for Maresca. Despite this, he insists there are no excuses and that Chelsea will compete fully. Minor injuries have ruled out Christopher Nkunku and Robert Sanchez, but the Blues have their strongest squad available. Captain Reece James previously raised concerns after a shock defeat. The Premier League side remain favourites to advance.
