A Troubled Past
At 21, Peake was a member of the outlawed motorcycle gang, The Rebels, and was sentenced to five years in prison for a serious assault. However, golf became his redemption. 'Focusing on golf has turned my life around,' says Peake. After his release, he was contacted by coach Ritchie Smith, who encouraged him to return to the sport.
The Road to the Open

His victory was fueled by sheer belief and determination. 'I always knew I could do it; it was just a matter of time when I was going to do it.'
Looking Ahead
Peake’s success has earned him a spot on the Asian Tour, marking a new chapter in his career. 'This is what I do now. I want to be here and just play golf,' he said, reflecting on his journey. Peake finished one shot ahead of competitors Jack Thompson, Ian Snyman, and Kazuki Higa, solidifying his place in golf history.
