The Los Angeles Dodgers have made a major move in the offseason, signing closer Tanner Scott to a four-year, $72 million contract, sources told ESPN's Jeff Passan on Sunday. This is the latest offseason splash for the Dodgers, who also recently signed prized Japanese pitching prospect Roki Sasaki. Scott, 30, had a successful 2024 season, posting a 9-6 record with 22 saves and a 1.75 ERA while pitching for the Miami Marlins and San Diego Padres.
