Rory McIlroy Dominates Third Round of Masters
The third round of the Masters is underway, and Rory McIlroy is making a strong case for his first green jacket. He started the day with an eagle on No. 2 and added three more birdies on his first five holes to jump into the lead.
McIlroy's strong play continued throughout the round, as he carded a total of six birdies and an eagle. His performance was especially impressive considering the difficult conditions on the course, with strong winds and tricky pin placements making for a challenging day of golf.
Justin Rose and Bryson DeChambeau are also in contention, as they both shot strong rounds on Saturday. Rose is currently in second place, while DeChambeau is in a tie for fourth.
There's still a lot of golf to be played, but McIlroy is in a great position to win his first Masters title. He'll look to continue his hot streak on Sunday and claim the green jacket that has eluded him for so long.
