Scottie Scheffler's Texas-Inspired Masters Champions Dinner Menu: A Culinary Tribute to Golf Excellence
Two-time Masters champion Scottie Scheffler curates a Texas-inspired menu for the 2025 Masters Champions Dinner, blending golf tradition with his Lone Star State roots.

After a brief hiatus, two-time Masters champion Scottie Scheffler has once again taken the reins in curating the menu for the prestigious Masters Club Dinner. This exclusive event, reserved for past Masters champions, is a cherished tradition dating back to 1952 when Ben Hogan first organized it. This year, Scheffler’s menu is a heartfelt nod to his Texas heritage, offering a culinary journey that reflects his roots.
A Taste of Texas
The evening begins with an appetizer assortment featuring:
- Cheeseburger sliders
- Firecracker shrimp
- Meatball & ravioli bites
For the main course, guests can choose between two iconic Texas dishes:
- Cowboy Ribeye, a hearty cut of beef that’s a staple in Texan cuisine
- Blackened Redfish, a flavorful seafood option that pays homage to the Gulf Coast
Accompanying the main course is a bowl of Texas-style chili, a dish that’s as bold and robust as the Lone Star State itself.
Sweet Finale
No Texas-inspired meal would be complete without a decadent dessert. This year, the champions will indulge in a warm chocolate chip skillet cookie served with vanilla bean ice cream, a comforting and indulgent end to the feast.
A Tradition of Excellence
While last year’s menu, curated by Jon Rahm, showcased Spanish flavors, Scheffler’s 2025 lineup is a return to his 2023 menu, proving that sometimes, sticking to what works is the best approach. As the saying goes, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
This year’s dinner not only celebrates Scheffler’s victory but also reinforces the deep connection between golf’s traditions and the personal stories of its champions. The Masters Champions Dinner remains a unique event where the sport’s greatest players come together to honor their achievements and share a meal that tells a story.
