Ohtani will be showcased in three distinct styles:
- Home Uniform: A white Dodgers jersey.
- Away Uniform: A gray Dodgers jersey.
- Lego Style: A unique Lego Fortnite outfit.
Each style can be complemented with a back bling featuring Ohtani's dog, Decoy, depicted as a bobblehead.

Two special emotes accompany Ohtani's character:

- Shohei's Magic Wand Routine: A signature move that adds a touch of magic to the game.
Samurai Shohei Outfit
Ahead of the Tokyo Series on March 18, a special Samurai Shohei outfit will be available. This outfit features a pitching arm that becomes fiery after each elimination, with a matching back bling that also ignites post-elimination.
